As a self-service option, we also offer direct preparation as a “one-time service.” We provide full-service casting where you only need to place the order, introduce the role, and choose from our pre-selected candidates. The casting service is carried out by an experienced casting agent who has the right skills and experience for casting. If desired, you can also pay the performers’ fees with a single easy invoice.

The selection service generally includes the following:
Creating and managing announcements according to the client's brief
Searching, screening, and presenting pre-selected candidates to the client

Acting as a contact person between the client and candidates during the casting process
Notifying selected and non-selected candidates

Pricing principles
Pricing is based on the number of working days.
When a client submits a request for casting service, the client sends a brief description of the task and an estimated number of working days to the address
and the desired start and end dates.
Balticfilmworks responds to the client's request within one (1) working day and either approves the request or sends its assessment to the address
with justification or, if necessary, a request for additional information.
When the task is accepted, our editor contacts the client.
If the task changes significantly during the casting process compared to what was previously notified (e.g., the number of performers increases,
the performers’ profile changes completely, the deadline is moved forward, etc.), we will contact the client and discuss
Good to know about getting assistants
When recruiting assistants, our casting service commits to using at least 80% of the number of assistants requested in the brief.
We only accept assistant recruitment orders from those who agree to pay financial compensation to the assistants.
Although our casting service basically ends after the final casting takes place, we are gladly ready to assist with any urgent or unexpected issues that may arise after that time (e.g., cancellations or illness) up until the filming, and we hope the client will contact us immediately in such situations.
