The program’s advertising and marketing materials are submitted to the Studio audience service, and the producer completes a checklist.
The target group is informed about the audience recruitment via email, the Balticfilmworks.ee website, and we are kept updated on the status of different screenings and audience numbers (for groups, the contact person is a representative from the Studio audience service).
The Studio audience service responds to all audience inquiries and handles contacts on behalf of the client.
The Studio audience service regularly informs the production company's audience coordinator about the situation. When a person books a spot in the audience, they receive a “Welcome” confirmation email that also includes the filming time and location.
Before the event takes place, the Studio audience service sends the audience an email containing last-minute information, including a map and directions to the venue.
The production company receives an updated list of names for the upcoming day and each filming session before the filming begins.
Collaboration and communication with producers on matters such as advertising, communication, and marketing are a key part of audience recruitment. We operate on a turnkey basis – the production team doesn’t need to worry about the audience, except during filming on location.
