Balticfilmworks.ee is the largest public casting platform in the Baltic region, connecting performers and productions. Performers can apply for roles in TV shows, commercials, and film productions. The performer profile serves as an application for all job offers. Production companies can find performers through our site via public job postings or performer searches.

Who can register as a performer?

Everyone! Anyone can register as a performer and create their profile in the service. You don’t need any prior knowledge in the field to register as a performer. It’s enough to have interest! Productions need all kinds of people — from ordinary individuals to professionals, from every age group and location. Creating a profile is free, but to apply for job offers on our site, you need a premium membership.

How can I get into a production?

A good profile is the most important! Production companies select performers based on their profile and photos. The more detailed and better you present yourself, the better your chances of getting involved. So it’s worth taking your profile seriously!

How to apply for job offers?

It's simple! Open the job offers page on our site and find all available roles. When you open a job offer, below the information you’ll see the requirements the production is looking for. Under the text, there's a button "ava tööpakkumine" ("open job offer") that lets you send your application to the production. The application allows you to edit or add your details. All basic profile information is copied into the application. In addition to the application, the production company also reviews performers' profiles, so you don’t need to add your details twice. When you’re ready, just send the application to the production company and wait for a response. If you’ve already filled out the application form and want to add information, you can add it directly to your profile.

What should I put on my profile?

A good profile includes quality, up-to-date photos of yourself, contact information, and personal details. The more precisely you describe yourself in your profile, the more the production company will be interested in you. You can find good profile guidelines in the email we sent you upon registration.
